How long after placing my order can I expect to receive it? 

Our lead times are continuously changing on a daily basis due to various circumstances including weather, holidays, manufacturing delays, etc. However, we work hard to stay at approximately 2-3 weeks. Once you place your order, your sales representative will be able to give you a better time frame. 

What payment options are available to me? 

We take card, cash, and check. We also offer a super easy Rent-To-Own process that we take care of, for you! No credit checks and no penalties for early-pay off. 

I am ready to place my order, what's next? 

Awesome! Reach out to our office or the sales representative helping you, and they will be able to take your order over the phone, or you can come to our location in person! We require a non-refundable deposit, in which the amount will be disclosed to you prior to ordering. If you are Rent-To-Own, your sales representative will finalize that for you. 

I have placed my order, what's next? 

Thank you so much for choosing Certified Storage Solutions as your metal and wooden structure provider! If you are ready for your order to be delivered and installed, we will immediately put you into scheduling where we will work you into a trip. Once you are in a trip, someone will notify you and confirm your order one final time. The next phone call will be to schedule you. We typically schedule around 72 hours in advance. If you are not ready for your order, we will put you on hold until you reach out to let us know you are ready.
